~ What do you do besides Weddings? ~

We are a unique rental company, specializing in vintage plates, tablescapes and accessories for an intimate dinner or a grand soiree; luncheons, tea parties, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, bridesmaid’s luncheon/dinner, baby showers, corporate events, seasonal gathering or any celebration. We can help you create a special table setting for adults or children to celebrate any occasion.


~ Do you have a rental minimum? ~

No, all orders are welcomed.


~ Where are you located? ~

Our Boutique warehouse is located in “Awesome Town”, Santa Clarita, Ca. Call to schedule an appointment to come and see our beautiful unique collection.


~ Can I come and see your collection? ~

Yes! We would love to have you. Call or email to schedule a consultation to visit us at our Boutique/Warehouse in Santa Clarita, CA.


~ How do I book a date? ~

We will fill out an itemized rental invoice, and we need your autograph on our Rental Agreement. A 50% non-refundable deposit fee will secure your date. The remaining 50% of balance is due 10 days prior to your delivery/pick-up date, any outstanding balances will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. Credit card transactions will be charged a 4% processing fee.


~Can I make changes to my booked order? ~

Final rental count is required 10 days prior to your event. No changes or decrease in rental amount can be made after, however we will do our best to try to accommodate an increase. If notified 72 hours prior to your event. Sorry, but no guarantees.


~What is rental period time? ~

Rental period will be determined on an individual bases. Rental period may include, three (3) day rentals or according to venue requirements. Should merchandise be retained longer without prior agreement or written consent, client will be charged at 1.5 times the standard daily rental fee rate. There will be no refunds or discount for delivered merchandise not used.


~ Do you allow pick-ups? ~

Yes, pick-up/drop-off is available at our boutique/warehouse and will be determined and arranged at time of Rental Agreement signing, according to size of order and provided transportation vehicle is approved.


~ What are Delivery Charges? ~

Delivery charges will be calculated on each individual order according to size, complexity and distance. Delivery will be to ground street/floor level only. Additional fees will be charged if delivery involves extra handling due to stairs or if location is not easily accessible to our delivery vehicle.


~ How do I care for rentals? ~

With tender love and care. Our merchandise is aged and fragile and requires extra care in handling. Client will notify and advise any and all person’s who will be handling merchandise.


~ What about cleaning? ~

Merchandise will be delivered clean and ready to use. Upon return we ask that all food particles and liquid be removed from all plates, glassware and flatware by carefully HAND rinsing, drying and re-packaging in original package and containers provided. Under no circumstance should any merchandise be placed in dishwasher for cleaning. Candlesticks must be removed from candleholders to avoid a cleaning fee.  An additional cleaning fee of 30% will be applied for any non-compliance.


~ What happens if something breaks? ~

In the unfortunate event that breakage, damages or loss occurs with merchandise including but not limited to chips, cracks or shortages, including packaging, containers or crates, will be deducted from deposit and any overage will be billed at 5x replacement cost per item or per market replacement value.


~ Can I pick and choose my china?

We will make every effort to fill your order exactly as reserved but since our China is miss matched and all is equally beautiful we will pick the patterns that are available. However, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to your order if circumstances arise.


~ Do you participate in styled shoots? ~

Yes, we do! The representative, photographer, videographer, cameraperson or any and all affiliated to said firm agrees to assume financial responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage which may occur in the time of his or her rental of BRLA merchandise. We just ask that client agrees to give BRLA credit for any and all publication on print or social media.
